Headliners 30 features 99 Ted Radcliffe for 10,000 Stubs per pack. Check the five-pack limit, rarity odds and changes from his 91 OVR card.

Headliners Pack 30 features 99 OVR Ted Radcliffe from The Negro Leagues series. Packs cost 10,000 Stubs each, with a five-pack purchase limit. You can also get the sellable card through the Community Market.

Quick answer: Buy Headliners 30 for a chance at Radcliffe, or buy his exact 99 OVR card on the Community Market. The pack's 1:8 Diamond rate is for an 85+ Diamond player, not a 1:8 chance at Radcliffe.

How much does Headliners 30 cost?

The official Show Shop lists Headliners Pack 30 at 10,000 Stubs. Each pack contains one Silver-or-better player item and two other player items, with an increased chance of the featured Radcliffe card.

The purchase limit is five packs, so buying the full allowance costs 50,000 Stubs. That is a spending cap, not a guaranteed route to the headliner. There is no choice round that lets you select Radcliffe after paying for a pack.

If you only want this card, compare the current market price before spending your pack budget. Opening several packs can leave you without the featured player.

What do the Headliners 30 odds mean?

The shop shows these rarity rates:

  • 85+ Diamond player: 1:8.
  • 80+ Gold player: 1:3.
  • 75+ Silver player: 1:1.

The 85+ category includes more than one possible player. Radcliffe is a 99, but that does not turn the category's 1:8 rate into his individual pull rate. The featured-card wording also gives no exact percentage for him.

Use those numbers to understand the guaranteed rarity floor and the chance of a Diamond. They do not tell you how many packs you would need to pull Radcliffe, and five purchases do not guarantee him.

Which Ted Radcliffe card is in Headliners 30?

The headliner is 99 OVR Ted Radcliffe, a right-handed starting pitcher with catcher as his secondary position. The older 91 OVR Radcliffe shares his name and series, so check the overall rating before buying.

The 99 has 105 stamina, 102 pitching clutch, 98 H/9 and 90 K/9. Control rises to 96, while break stays at 99. His full card and current market orders are below.

What changes from the 91 OVR card?

Pitching control and the per-nine ratings account for several of the largest increases. These are card attributes, so a 24-point control increase is not a measured improvement in pitching accuracy.

Attribute 91 OVR 99 OVR Change
Stamina 93 105 +12
Pitching clutch 80 102 +22
H/9 76 98 +22
K/9 68 90 +22
BB/9 72 96 +24
Velocity 95 99 +4
Control 72 96 +24
Break 99 99 0

The pitch selection remains a four-seam fastball, slider, curveball, splitter and sinker. The 99 card lists the following speeds:

Pitch Listed speed
4-Seam Fastball 99 mph
Slider 89 mph
Curveball 83 mph
Splitter 84 mph
Sinker 95 mph

Radcliffe also keeps a hitting profile to check alongside his pitching. The 99 card has 97 contact and 77 power against righties, 102 contact and 80 power against lefties, and 100 batting clutch. Each contact rating is 10 points above the 91, as is each power rating.

His four listed quirks are Homebody, First-Pitch Hitter, Day Player and Table Setter. Those are the same four on the 91 OVR version. The new rating does not add a different set of quirks.

What did buying Radcliffe directly cost?

At 21:04 UTC on October 21, the 99 card's Buy Now price was 68,400 Stubs, with Sell Now at 57,201 Stubs. Those are different sides of the market: Buy Now purchases an existing listing, while Sell Now sells your card to an existing buy order.

At that snapshot, buying Radcliffe directly cost 18,400 Stubs more than the 50,000-Stub five-pack allowance. The direct purchase gets the named card at the listed price. The pack allowance buys five chances plus their other contents.

That comparison does not price every possible pack result or establish expected value. Market orders can change, so check the live card price above before choosing. If Radcliffe is your only target, decide whether to save for the exact 99 rather than treating the pack limit as a completion requirement.
