What should you do first?
Clear the moments before working on the PXP mission. That is the shortest stated point combination in the available task list, and it avoids both optional collections.
If your goal is September Lightning progress, the program also lists one-point September Lightning and September Retro Lightning collection tasks. The official program says those collections lead to September Lightning players on Oct. 2, but neither task is needed to earn Lowe.
