The Multiplayer 9 Program is live in Diamond Dynasty with five 99 overall card rewards. Awards Hank Greenberg starts the card path at 10,000 program XP, and Milestone George Brett is the final player reward at 120,000 XP. The path continues to 50 The Show Packs at 150,000 XP.
Quick answer: Complete missions in eligible multiplayer modes to earn Greenberg, Pete Hill, Josh Gibson, Garrett Crochet and Brett. The 17 standard total-base, strikeout, home-run and run-scoring missions award 125,000 XP combined, enough to reach all five cards without the Battle Royale bonuses or wheel-bonus missions.
Where does each 99 OVR card unlock?
Open the official Programs screen and select Multiplayer Program. These are the five card checkpoints in Multiplayer 9:
| Card | Series | Position | Program XP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hank Greenberg | Awards | 1B | 10,000 |
| Pete Hill | The Negro Leagues | RF | 35,000 |
| Josh Gibson | The Negro Leagues | C | 60,000 |
| Garrett Crochet | Milestone | SP | 85,000 |
| George Brett | Milestone | 3B | 120,000 |
The series labels matter when choosing a card. These are the new Multiplayer 9 versions, including Brett's 1980 batting-title Milestone card and Crochet's 2025 strikeout Milestone card.
Brett has 125 contact against both sides, 125 vision and 125 batting clutch. His power is 112 against right-handed pitching and 93 against lefties, with first base available as a secondary position.

Which modes count toward the missions?
The standard missions and repeatable Parallel XP task list 1 vs 1 Ranked, Ranked Co-op, Battle Royale, Events and Weekend Classic as eligible modes. Choose from that list when working toward program progress.
The four standard mission groups track total bases, strikeouts, home runs and runs scored. Each group contains multiple checkpoints, so check more than one category after a game. A home run contributes a home run, four total bases and a run scored.
The standard checkpoints award the following program XP. The larger entries marked Wheel Bonus are separated out below.
| Standard mission group | Checkpoints | XP awards in checkpoint order | Total XP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total bases | 50, 100, 200, 300, 400 | 5,000; 5,000; 10,000; 15,000; 15,000 | 50,000 |
| Strikeouts | 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 | 5,000; 5,000; 5,000; 5,000; 10,000 | 30,000 |
| Home runs | 5, 15, 25 | 5,000; 10,000; 10,000 | 25,000 |
| Runs scored | 25, 50, 75, 100 | 5,000; 5,000; 5,000; 5,000 | 20,000 |
| All 17 standard missions | 125,000 |
Completing that full block puts you 5,000 XP beyond Brett's 120,000-XP checkpoint. It is one sufficient route through the card rewards. You can mix in the other mission types instead of finishing every standard mission.
What do the repeatable and bonus missions give you?
The repeatable task awards 5,000 program XP for earning 15,000 Parallel XP, or PXP, in the listed multiplayer modes. Keep it in view while working through the statistical checkpoints.
The four one-time Wheel Bonus missions each award 30,000 XP: tally 600 total bases, record 200 strikeouts, hit 50 home runs or score 200 runs. Together, they add 120,000 XP beyond the standard mission block.
Battle Royale has another 20,000 XP available: 5,000 for scoring three runs, 5,000 for pitching nine innings and 10,000 for winning five games in a single entry. The five-win mission resets between entries, so wins spread across separate entries do not meet that requirement.
Across the standard missions, four Wheel Bonus missions and three Battle Royale bonuses, the listed one-time awards total 265,000 XP. That total excludes repeated completions of the PXP task.
What does Gibson offer at 60,000 XP?
Gibson gives you a catcher checkpoint halfway to Brett's 120,000 XP. His card lists 125 power against righties, 118 against lefties, 90 blocking and 87 arm strength. He also has secondary eligibility at first base, third base and all three outfield positions.

What comes after Brett?
After Brett, the path has 3,000 Stubs at 130,000 XP, a Ranked World Series Rewind pack at 140,000 XP and 50 The Show Packs at 150,000 XP. Earlier pack checkpoints include a Headliners Pack at 20,000 XP, a Deluxe Choice Pack at 30,000 XP and Premier Choice Packs at 80,000 and 110,000 XP.
Choose a card checkpoint first, then track the missions that fit your multiplayer mode. If Brett is the target, the standard mission block is sufficient. If you want the 50-pack reward, continue another 30,000 XP beyond his checkpoint using the remaining missions and repeatable PXP task.
