Spooky Diamond Quest has two new 99 overall rewards: Bo Bichette and Kerry Wood. Earn either card, then collect it in the Spooky Program for 20 program points. You do not need both cards for that task.
San Diego Studio released the Quest on October 28 alongside Spooky Sammy Sosa, who sits at 60 points in the separate program. If you already have 40 program points, the new collection task supplies the remaining 20 to reach Sosa.
Quick answer: Play Spooky Diamond Quest for a chance to earn 99 Spooky Bo Bichette or Kerry Wood. Then open the Spooky Program's Diamond Quest Collection task and collect either exact card for 20 points.
Which cards are in Spooky Diamond Quest?
The official Quest announcement names Bichette and Wood as the two rewards. Both are No Sell cards. Bichette is a third baseman with shortstop as a secondary position; Wood is a starting pitcher.
| Spooky reward | OVR | Primary position | Secondary position | Market status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bo Bichette | 99 | 3B | SS | No Sell |
| Kerry Wood | 99 | SP | None | No Sell |
Choose the Spooky Quest when looking for these rewards. Other versions of Bichette or Wood are different cards, and the program task specifically names the Spooky versions.
The announcement describes a chance to earn them. A Quest attempt is not a guaranteed card award. If program progress is your only target, collect whichever of the two rewards you earn first.
How does either card give you 20 program points?
Open Programs, then Assorted Programs, Themed, and Spooky Program. Expand Spooky Diamond Quest Collection!, followed by Collect Spooky Kerry Wood OR Spooky Bo Bichette.
That task has a one-card requirement and a 20-point reward. The word OR matters: a player who earns Wood can use Wood, while a player who earns Bichette can use Bichette. You do not have to keep playing for the other card just to meet this collection requirement.
Earning the Quest reward and collecting it in the program are separate steps. Once one of the cards is yours, return to the task and complete its collection step. Check the program point total afterward before claiming the newly reached rewards.
| Starting Spooky Program points | New collection points | Resulting total |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | 20 | 20 |
| 20 | 20 | 40 |
| 40 | 20 | 60 |
The third row reaches 99 Spooky Sammy Sosa. It assumes you already earned the first 40 points. This single collection task gives 20 points, so a player starting from zero still needs another 40 to reach Sosa.
What does 99 Spooky Bo Bichette offer?
Bichette has 120 contact against right-handed pitching and 121 against lefties. His power split is wider: 96 against righties and 116 against lefties, a 20-point difference.
He also has 80 fielding and 50 speed. His listed positions cover third base and shortstop, so check which of those spots you want to fill before changing your lineup. This card's primary position is third base even though other Bichette cards may have different position listings.

What does 99 Spooky Kerry Wood offer?
Wood's pitching attributes include 125 K/9, 113 H/9 and 119 stamina. His velocity and break ratings are both 99, while control is 84.
Those numbers give you a card-screen comparison before deciding whether to add him to your rotation. They do not establish how his delivery feels or how often he will get strikeouts in your games. Wood satisfies the same 20-point collection task as Bichette, so either reward advances that part of the program.

What should you check before starting?
Look at your current Spooky Program total first. At 40 points, either Quest reward followed by the collection step reaches Sosa at 60. At a lower total, the table above shows where those 20 points will put you.
For the earlier content, the Spooky launch guide explains the separate J.R. Richard and Willie Mays routes. Keep the Quest reward, its collection task and the program reward path separate when checking what remains to earn.
